When I went camping for the first time last year, the dog I was fostering at the time (I volunteer for Labrador Rescue SE&C) had only been with me a week. He was a neglect case but he absolutely loved camping!

His life had been pretty rubbish before he was given up to the rescue but he started to settle in with me quickly, and to be honest, not taking him camping didn't even cross my mind.
We've been camping again since then and we're going next weekend. Oh, and I failed as a foster - he' still here now
