Best way to do it well we just bought a 90ltr hi gear holdall from go out doors it was only about 25 quid simply because I had enough of wrestling with it I can fit the tent, king poles, extension, windbreak and foot pint in the bag with no struggle. Amazing tent just a stupid bag

I agree with the suggestion of buying a new bag. A friend of mine has the Orchy and after we struggled several times to get it back into its bag he bought the same HiGear holdall.

There is one tip that comes from the way Vango pack them - leave the doors open and uppermost and roll from the opposite end - then all the air can easily escape...

A bigger bag is certainly another option...

Have you ever tried getting a Coleman Comfort airbed back into the plastic bag it comes with...

Thanks to a tip on here I learned that stuffing the sleeping bags in works far better than rolling!

We used to have a Vango 600 and had problems with our front door drooping, was a pain if you wanted to sit on a chair in that end of the tent.  We used to get the tent in the bag by sitting on it, jumping on it and as others suggest making sure you roll it with the open bit to the end so you get all the air out.  We have a Tigris 800 now and thats just as bad, if not worse to get in!

Cant help with getting it back in the bag but I can help with the saggy door!

On the front of the Orchy you have 2 guy lines that attach to the end of the door brow pole via 2 hoops and a flap on each side. These guy lines must be pegged out directly forward of the tent which pulls the door pole up and tightens the front panel. If you peg them to the side even slightly the pole will drop and the door will sag.

Lol, I bottled it and ended up buying a Vango medium roller bag. Brilliant buy I must say, as the tent goes in the large top section and all the poles, mallet etc fit more than comfortably in the bottom section :)
dont blame you its easier taking an icecream off a 3 year old.

Hi

Bought our Vango Orchy 600 on Saturday on the way to our first camping expedition.  Went up fine, great tent but its still sticking out of bag!  Having read your tips I tried it with the tea towel and it went in easily!  I now need a big bag to put the tent in!

 Cheers I'll try again!
