I've just got a brilliant book- the Cool Camping Cookbook by Punk Publishing and it's got some delicious recipes in. It's even got some yummy desserts in! Can't wait to go and try some out now!
Daren't give any of the recipes out because of copyright but it's worth a look.
Get yourself a Cobb. Brilliant bit of kit, couldn't manage without it. We use it at home as much as when we are camping. Last camping trip we had roast lamb, roast potatoes and veg all cooked on the cobb.
me and the boys love pasta, so with our 2 cuitcase stoves gona do pasta sauces.
leeks, bacon, mixed herbs, tinned toms, tom puree, onion, mushrooms, pepppers, red pesto. fry then add tinned toms, maybe a little water if too thick
on the other ring pasta. once in bowl add handful of grated cheese and chink of bread on side. should keep them going for a while.
or omelettes bacon/ham and salad
or i am really hoping to catch some fish and bbq it and have a nice fish & rice/pasta/salad tea yummy!!
