Hi Guffy (sorry to hi jack the post)  sorry your Easter camp has been cancelled but I notice you are going to Blandford Park in May, when in May are you going?  We go there every Whitsun May bank holiday week (last 6 years) and will be there for 5 days this year. Thought I might see you there?

We will be there from 30th April - 4th May. It's a shame as everyone on the forum seems to be going at different times in May so we will miss meeting everyone. We did try to book for the end of May BH but the site was fully booked.  I'm hoping the weather will be lovely to make up for the fact that we've had our Easter holiday cancelled.

Thanks for all of your advise. I have now booked to go to Spiers house camp site.

we were going to Robin Hoods Bay. Roll on Thursday, first btrip of the year.

Devon's no better you should  see the ammount of rain we have had  in the last 2 weeks, the last 3 days has been the worst and it's not getting any better.

i will be ok in the rain, anyway it supposed to get better according to accuweather and metcheck.

Rain is only an issue if you basic camp really.  also ladys mile has club, indoor swimming pool and massive adventure playground, we will have fun anyway :)

OK Guys,

Just got back from spires house. It waslike glastanbury without the music!!

The electrics were intermitent to say the least. None at all last night.

Anyway it was good to away, nice site great walks, just want to go again.

Hi Val

We will be arriving Friday night (28th) so  might see you before you leave on the Saturday??  We are on pitches 92/93 (I think) come and look us up and have a beer with us on Friday.
