We once camped on a pitch where the previous occupants had tipped their washing up water on the grass all around their tent. There were disgusting grey slimy patches of dead and dying grass with bits of grease and food waste mixed in. Yuk Yuk YUK !!  We pitched as far away as we could but it was really horrible, so please use a bucket !

That's the only fault with Pillaton, shortage of washing up facilities and no drains around
