mash spuds with cheese and beans is good and sloppy, minced beef out of tin with mash tastes ok, spag bol out tin, corned beef hash all mashed down, also does he have drinks such as ensures of the gp they are equivalent of a small meal they also do puddings with the same sort of calorie content. There is tons of stuff if u put your mind to it. Go camping it will be worth it :)
