Just a point, there has been debates on these filler units before,I have done a lot of research into it,the instruction for filling bottles is a maximum of 80%,and I have been assured by someone who works for a bottle company that all bottles are only filled to 80%, so if it`s a 6klg bottle it holds 12Ltrs of gas,not 10Ltrs as I said before, and the bottle must be totaly empty before filling.

use this adaptor to refill the black cat type bottles from a red propane bottle , i use with another adaptor to refill my primus 2000 bottles for use with my small blowtorch , and yes it saves an absolute fortune on the , i would save even more if i also had the adaptor to refill the actual propane bottles as well ,,
hi pete 1946 , what length pigtails did you get , and would it be better to get the N/R pigtails so as to blow any air from the pipes and stop it returning
I was actuly given mine Joe,by a friend who did roofing,and it has a NR valve already fitted in it,it`s about 1mtr long
