We're owners of the Outwell Bear Lake 6 and had posted on herr that it leaked....well it was not the tents fault, it was my user error where we had left a table too close the the fly sheet which touched when the wind blew so I just wanted to add this in in case it helps anyone.
I do think that Outwell kit is generally priced high and they seem to trade on the quality line but from what I've read on here their post sale customer service isn't great
You pay your money and make your choice....we went with Outwell and haven't regretted it.
Bubobubo: Hi read your review and it sounds like you have a faulty tent. Have you tried contacting the retailer where you purchased the tent from? I see you have a location of Asturias/Spain so not sure?
A common misconception is that the manufacturer is responsible with dealing with faults. However your contract is with the retailer and not direct with the manufacturer. At least you got a reply from Kampa acknowledging receipt of your email and taking notes of your comments.
