Did bit of testing, velcro not an option. The whole point is to keep the groundsheet in place esp when you are erecting and packing it away, the velcro isn't reliable enough for that.
Got me thinking is there any reason you couldn't just staple it in, then if it needed adjusted or you didn't like it just remove them?

Yes possibly lol. Just trying to think of a way to temp pin it down to make sure all aligns etc before I glue it in, want to avoid rucking etc
You say your tent has pre-attached poles? Just be careful about permanently adding a groundsheet as it might compromise the folding mechanism and you could find yourself with a huge unwieldy tent mass to pack away. At least loose groundsheets can be folded neatly or tightly rolled when packing away.

Yes that's a very good point, which is why I was looking for a semi-permanent way just to test it.
