Any tips on cleaning, I was thinking Milton or the like between uses, when we get home before storing, and leaving it to air dry. There should be no trace of it left the next time we come to use it so hopefully won’t gas us! 🤔
KrappStrapp is more suitable for use in remote US wilderness areas rather that more crowded UK leisure spaces where there is distinct possibly of passers by encountering Strapp users halfway through their efforts.
Although I imagine US users keep a 12 gauge Remington handy should they encounter a Grizzly bear.

I use Fenwicks Waste Pipe and Tank Cleaner on both my caravan waste tank and my Porta-Potti. Caravan tank gets a 'good hammering' as I always use it when I'm away for both 1's and 2's! The tank cleaner gets used maybe once or twice a year and has always cleaned staining and freshened tank a treat, it also sanitises. The perfume is mild and not overwhelmingly strong or 'chemical' like. You can also dilute it and use as a surface cleaner for hard surfaces, so it gets used to wipe exterior surfaces and sanitise them too.
If you use the correct chemicals in your tanks, the cleaning necessary is minimised. Personally I find Thetford liquids the worst I've ever tried, and NEVER use the 'pink' flush tank stuff, it causes black algal growth which can block the flush! Always found Elsan products to be really good. Remember, some sites REQUIRE a septic tank friendly liquid only to be used, so definitely none with Formaldehyde!
We also use Fenwicks Waste pipe and tank cleaner and find it excellent for the toilet cassette. At the end of every trip we empty and rinse the cassette and then fill with the recommended quantity of Fenwicks and water. We give the cassette a good shake and then leave it sitting while we do the rest of our packing up. We empty the Fenwicks just before we leave and it always leaves the cassette clean and fresh.

I'd go with what Monty says. We got our toilet from aldi a few years ago. Think it is a rebranded cube. You will get the chemicals cheap as well and the centre aisles will have them all soon.
