a nice chubby lass in the sleeping bag works for me

I have had my chubby lass for 27 years and found her to be the most sucessfull - but most expensive and often tempermental - cost me thousand a year to run and often requires extended retail therpy to keep her happy.

The black Cat works extremely well but it does generate additional moisture and thus condensation on cold nights.

If you have an EHU then a fan heater would be the best as it is heating the eair around you and thus not generating additional moisture.

We are interested in using electric hook up in our tent to run the fridge and sometimes a fire but don't know anything about this.  Do we just buy the equipment and off we go and is it safe if it is raining hard and there is a risk of things getting wet. Sorry to be so ignorant but everyone we know uses a caravan or doesn't camp and if you don't ask you never find out!!

If you buy the equipment from a reputable camping our outdoor specialist it is perfectly safe. The units have well shielded plugs and sockets as well as "trips" instead of fuses.

Hi Vicky

They are as safe as the electrics in your own home. With any electrical equipment - in a tent, garden or home, you have to respect it.
