Building on Liddenham's suggestion, another lighting fast pitching tent would be one of the Microfast tents.

The 7 man model has a width of 3m, which would easily cover the three of you on air beds (80cmx3)

You could always get an inner tent for the Screenhouse (massive - easily enough space for x 3)?

Or, I'd go with the pop-up idea for the teenager, so he can have his own space. The Decathlon 2 second tent would be ideal.

I just got a Khyam screenhouse off ebay £150 brand new (usually £215) - it is 3m x 3m and the inner fills the whole interior (i.e. its about 2.8m x 2.8m) but if you add £25 for the groundsheet and over £60 for the inner, that bumps your budget up a bit. The Freelander for the 2 adults, and a Quechua 3 second tent fro teen would be a cheaper option and give you more flexibility for various kinds of camping trip .

I have a freelander and fir the purposes of the 3 of you having somewhere to kip it will be fine.

I use it for weekends either by myself or with the OH and there is plenty of room and a doddle to put up.  It also packs up quite neatly. I can put it up in less than 5 minutes in full bikers leathers.
