We bought a Noval Portaflot trailer from ebay and it seems more substantial than many of them I have seen. We also got the high sides with it, although we only have a canvas soft top.

We get all our camping gear inside it including; small fridge, coolbox, Montana 6, footprint, picnic table, chairs, gas bottle and cooker, airbeds, barbecue, folding kitchen cupboard, EHU, pots and most of our bedding.

I have just measured it and it is just over 5 feet by 3 feet 3 inches.

We had ours from Halfords.Keep your eye on them or phone and ask if they haveing a sale on.£150for the Erd 102. 4 adults and 1 child in a ford escort/orion.We got the towing hitch anti theft thing from Lidl £4.Mart said cos it was a small trailer he didnt notice it was behind.I think people like the bigger ones for where the wheels are when reversing

We too have a small light weight 4x3 trailer.Its only used for transporting camping gear so is perfect for us.

Plus i only paid £40 for it , gave it a lick of paint and wood stainer and it now looks the dogs doo daa's
