If you have a problem stressing you, sort it. If you can't, there's no point worrying about it coz it won't make a blind bit of difference!!!! Jules

Another vote here for Avon Skin So Soft. I'm allergic to midge bites so I wear it whenever I walk the dogs and so far this year I've not had a single bite

Any one consider that there is a dearth of midges and mozzies this year? Fly splat on windscreens seems much less than in previous years, and I've not been bitten once (yet) this year.23

Haven't been to Scotland though!

Go and find some catnip essential oil  on the web and mix it with a carrier oil, you cant beat it even with DEET (jungle formula) I guarantee it works, and i've been using it years now. I did put a link up for the catnip oil on an earlier post. Catnip is not cheap but it goes a hell of a long way when you mix it with a carrier oil. I have even used skin so soft from avon as a carrier oil. Avon sss works on its own but not for very long, maybe half hour before you have to re-spray yourself.. You can even just grow catnip like i do and when we have bbq's or are just in the garden we pull off a little and rub it on ourselves. When camping i take a ready mixed bottle of  catnip essential oil. This is the safe stuff to use trust me.

Ovalitine!!!
