Hubbie is about to start packing. Me and the dog retreating to the woods to escape the inevitable swearing. Will come back and all will be packed and ready to go (in theory....)

I don't know if you have gone yet.

we are in the midst of packing up the car for tomorrow.

Since last year we have also changed my car. We also upgraded from a rage 6 person tent to an outwell 6 man tent.

I have come up with a great solution to packing size. I have put the big outwell tent bag on the back seat (longways between back and front seats).

It has the advantages of

i/ freeing up lots of space in the boot.

ii/ being easy to grab when we get to the site

iii? Keeping my two children well and truly seperated during the journey - no poking each other this time. Also somwhere for them to rest and sleep upon.

Yes I know it could well be wet for the journey back, (hope not) but that is where the black bin bag will come in.

HTH

Back home now!!

Guess what it was easier to fit it all in on the way back!!! How did that work? oh yes no wine taking up space.
