I got a confirmation email straight away from both Yeomans and PayPoint (I think it was them). They said I'd get a further email once it was dispatched.
May be worth checking your spam folder or calling them and checking if you've typed in the email wrongly (both situations have happened to me before).

Can't hurt to call them and check.
I have given them a call and they could see my order but couldn't see my payment. I checked with my bank and there is no transaction pending either so I don't know what happened there I filled all the details in etc...
Anywho, Yeomans were lovely and they chap on the phone said he would take payment there and then and YES! I could still have the 20% even though the offer has expired
Great, because the 20% I saved has basically paid for the carpet
I rang them first thing and they explained that the 20% off was online only, NOT in store. I told their customer services person that I was quite peeved and was there anything they could do as a gesture of goodwill? She said she'd need to speak to a manager and would call me back later as they were all in a meeting.
She called me after lunch to offer me an £80 gift card to use instore, as she couldn't give me the full £160 discount. Of course I said I'd be more than hapy to take it I have to say I'm really surprised they offered to do this. Personally, I'd have told myself that it was a nice try, but to take my cheekiness elsewhere.
So it's a great big thumbs up for Yeomans customer services.
