we cancelled last night but my 31 week pregnant daughter decided otherwise and some how managed to talk her dad and brother into un canceling [i had been trying for the last few days but they wouldnt give in to me]so come rain wind shine or frost we will be going so i am off to the market now to buy some meat for the bbq before i go to work. I THINK I MUST BE A LITTLE CRAZY but at least its a change of scenery
the powers of a pregnant lady are quite impressive
DS has a football match Saturday, plus no cash, all gone on the car for the mot. need to save up for the cambelt to be replaced, as well. I'm sad, but my next camping trip will be in June, then I will be a happy chappie.

We are off to exmoor. friday and monday forecast wet, sat & sunday ok.
Good enough for me
Would love to sit in tent and do naff all but it never happens.
After driving 170 mile would be a bit of a waste to sit and stare at other people on the campsite, but have no longing to climb bloody Everest either
can't think what you mean
group of us nearly abandoned trip last week and it turned
out fine most of the weekend apart from striking day and quite windy previous night but we were all glad we'd gone in the end.
I am definitely going this weekend, think the areas it's usually wet (north west) have had the best of it lately
so probably north is the way to go, it seems to have been worst across the Midlands.
hopefully it will get drier if a little colder and I'm not looking at any forecasts just going. :)
Bottled Easter and so glad we did as weather was awful (wet and cold) the whole time at home and where we I tended to camp.
Were due to go this weekend an hour easy of home. Bottled that as well and glad we did. Rained last night and very cold this morning, although it is fine. Rain, cloud and cold forecast for sun/mon.
Jubilee week booked and fully paid now though so no getting out of that one. Everything crossed for dry weather then. I can cope with overcast and cool but wet not so much. 7 days stuck in for 2 busy boys is not good
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
