Thanks Rickit. Still doesn't say whether those pods are divided or not. Also would have been superb if it could have been all in one pitch like the Nebraska instead of flysheet first. Ah well, one day my perfect tent will appear I'm sure.......in the meantime its looking like a possible substitute when we come to replace our current one.
Hi there. Please add us to the AZTEC appreciation society!!! We have a Morada and its great for weekends for a family of four. No problems at all with it, bought it for £100 used it loads and the best thing is - I can even put it up on my own!!
Another Morada owner here, to be fair it's our first tent and it's hard to compare, but I really feel it is well made. We used it a dozen times last year, and it was only when I helped other campers did I confirm that it was better quality (seen other pole sleeves more or less disintigrate when the material was pinched in a pole join - think I'll start another thread on that matter!).
Just to let you all know that Burton-Mccall the company behind Aztec tents have just re released the Aztec tent Website. URL below for all those interested.
Hi - We have a Lago 4? Unfortunately due to the bad weather in Wales over Witsun my OH decided it was not big enough top live in and the vent at the top was driving him mad with the noise it was making (it was very windy). So it's no longer our weekend tent, but we do still have it as my mother uses it for our annual 2 week holiday to Devon as its got loads of room for 1 person (me, OH, Son and dog are in our Relum KS7).
Ok, my turn to reopen this thread, think everyone on this forum must know this by now, but we have Facon 8 and love our tent very much, it comes just below the children, and the dogs, and the rabbits, and the guinea pigs, and the tortoises, and the chickens, and maybe the fish, and our parents, and our friends, and the car....(this is in order by the way) and .......yep., sightly in front of our siblings oh and each other LOL
I just wanted to add my comments too! We bought a Viento 6 last summer, and it is fantastic. It was really easy to put up, and had loads of space for us to hang around in when the weather was bad. Really nice design and the quality was superb.
Well at the moment i am very disapointed with aztec, not had a tent but a sun canopy stitching was so poor over and over in the same place the canopy ripped simply because of the bad stitching, waiting to hear from where i bought it from failing that i will be contacting aztec!
