Well to revive this subject again. Different area, Birchington , Kent, Two Chimneys, different outcome. Rather than an Outwell landslide , it was a genuine mix of tents , the majority budget buys . Outwell would have lost its deposit here . Nothing unusual or rare , just plenty of folk making their pounds go futher .
We spotted a rare one the other week, ok it wasnt a tent but it was an old post van converted into a caravan/motorhome! Bright red thing with 2 lovely occupants and a gorgeous dog. They spent most of their time outside on chairs but looked great peering out of the little curtained window when it was raining.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
