I could do it in my Ford Ka....It's just a matter of taking only essentials. Only take my 'ickle tent a sleeping bag, self inflate mattress, Trangia cook set, tarp and a comfy fold up chair....Whoops forgot the box of Stella and bottle of Jack Daniels...Whooopy-do. Room left for a couple luxury items too (wife, tee hee)

We have discovered that our Vango Eclipse will easily fit in the boot of a Nissan Note, without even having to move the seat but with the shelf on the low setting.
This means we have the whole trailer to load with the furniture etc and the back seat is still useable. Wow what a capacious car the little Note is.

We camped for a season: 4 berth tent, camp beds, cooker etc, table, stools, cupboard.........in our Smart car.
We could park the Smart inside the tent.

Had a fun summer, before upsizing to a Vauxhall Agila and camping in France.

Now have Meriva 1.8 and a folding camper.
