We use one of these too. They have them at the moment, in the sale so now is the perfect time to buy for this and next year!!
Grace wears her pjs, her fleecy all in one and has a duvet over her. She lies on a fleece blanket too. The problem we find is that when she goes to bed at 7ish she doesn't need all those layers on and gets really sweaty (even with the duvet off). However by 10pm she does! Have to admit to leaving her to sweat a bit - it seems the easiest option!
