Just bought a new rucksack from www.worldofcamping.co.uk/shop
VERY impressed with their quick service, etc. Had ordered a rucksack at the beginning of April from elsewhere - but long delays, slow contact and still no rucksack have made me cancel. And I missed what was going to be our first camping trip! 
Worldofcamping have got a similar (possibly better!) and cheaper rucksack out to me in 4 days - confirmation e-mail, delivery date and everything!! Well done them!!
And now for our first camping trip!
