I don't know for sure but I suspect we may have a dose of mildew to cope with. I'm not 100% sure the tent was 100% dry when it got put away last time - and we've not had it out since last September.
If I've got a dose of mildew, what can I do about it? Can I clean it somehow, or is my tent a goner?

I have to admit that although I dont know a great deal when I had mildew on my sailing gear I coated it liberally with vinegar, rubbing it in well and although I still have the stain the material itself is sound.
I will be using it tomorrow :o)

Take it out and have a look first before you panic. Then if you have it, it depends on where and how bad. If you "search" for mildew, you`ll find a lot of posts on the treatment of this.

1 part Milton Sterilising fluid to 8 parts water will kill the spoors so it wont spread. You may have still have a stain but it will be harmless.
