I use a dual fuel double burner, recommend it to anybody, after a couple of goes (it's a bit frightening the first time you light it) it's really easy to use and folds small. I also take a small single burner gas stove just in case but it hasn't been used in 2 years.

Dual fuel here too. We also have a gas suitcase type but it gets left at home these days. We have the twin burner plus the single burner dual fuel stove and I have recently bought a single mantle lantern for outside in the evening. I think most people recommend their own stove, to be fair though.------------- Christine

I saw the one in CostCo yesterday. £36 with the VAT.
I think its this one: http://www.singersoutdoors.co.uk/showproduct.asp?id=1217&pgid=40&r=40/1/0/0
Anyone used it? Seems like a good price.

That's definitely the one, and the price is pretty good.
We've had our double burner for a few years now, and it's bullet proof.
I've also seen the triple burner on sale here in the UK now, but not anywhere cheap enough to tempt me. Yet.
cheers

If you saw that at £36, I would snap it up. You'd be lucky to find it anyhwere deliverd for much less than £50 and most places are nearer £70.
It is a classic bit of kit .. it doesn't change every year .. will last a lifetime.

And, if it gets dirty - like ground in egg yolk and bacon bits - you just chuck it in the dishwasher when you get home.
Easy.

Well - everything, apart from the fuel tank / generator / valve bit.
After it comes out of the dishwasher, put some WD40 on the secondary burner valve, and run both burners for about 15 minutes to clear out any soapy bubbles from the burner assemblies.
Dont' suppose that Coleman would recommend it, but it works for me.

The costco one is the same but it hasn't got the VAT added on at that, comes in at just under £50 if I remember right from my last trip to Costco.------------- Kate
