I bought some of the Midi Holdon`s on Ebay some weeks ago. A very clever concept. I have used them in the garden recently for adding guys to my Gazebo for extra stability. I will probably use them all the time whilst camping for a variety of applications. I paid under £10 for 10 inc p & p. Worth every penny. They are injection moulded and are extremely strong.

since my earlier post i have used the holdons and found they were invaluable.

reminded by this thread i have just ordered 4 large clingons for my coleman event shelter. The shelter is a great piece of kit in many ways but the hooks to hold the corners are puny!  I plan to use clingons instead.
