On our last camping trip one of the bedrooms in our vario 6 got damaged beyond repair so I emailed Naomi Baggott Sales administrator for Gelert to see if it would be possible to buy a new bedroom and she replied promptly re asking for my address and three days later I received a package from Gelert containing not one but two brand new bedrooms left and right totally free of charge now that is what I call an After sales service .from now on I shall certainly shop by brand Gelert.Have other people had service like that from any where

Gelert are fantastic and the shop in Beddgelert is fantastic - we bought a tent from them it colaapsed after a heavy rainfall and broke all the poles - we took pics on the phone went to the shop they immediately gave us a new tent and £50 worth of extra gear - sleeping bags airbeds etc as we had to spend the next day in a laundrette getting all our stuff dry - great staff and told us to finish our holiday and drop the tent off on the way home - we dropped it off 2 days later when we moved to a site near the village - turned out to be a design fault and we were given some more vouchers to spend in store so I got the kids a load of Gelert clothing and a 3 man tent - bargain!!

Bought Gelert michigan 10. Put up the first time in the garden and a tent pole broke! Phoned Outdoormania no ans. emailed them. No answer. Phoned Gelert. Lovely manner on the phone, promised a new pole asap. A week later another phone call, polite again, but no pole. Another week still no pole. Going away this weekend. Emailed and called to say don't want tent. The Gelert people organised it with the internet shop and it was collected today. Bought 24th June! Now the proud owners of a Outwell Montana, also today. Tried in the garden without any probs.

Lovely manners but no follow through.
