I've not bought a tent from them, but I have purchased from them on line and found them to be very good. I seem to remember some people having problems though, so it might pay you to search the threads. I did find this link though!
I do like their service most of the time, they do sometimes take the funds with the item out of stock, then you have to play the waiting game. Then you have to phone to get refunds. I must stress this has only happened once to me, after many purchases. I will use them again.

Hi, we bought our new tent from them a couple of weeks ago, along with about everything else you could ever possibly need for any eventuality (like to be prepared!). Everything arrived about 4 working days after we ordered it. We ordered the Vango Diablo 600xp, and according to the specifications it is only supposed to come in 1 bag, which it did. However, they seem to have forgot to include the tent poles and pegs, which are apparently now packed in a separate box. Luckily we checked it before heading off on our hols... Anyway, we rang them straight away as soon as we had realised, and they were excellent, apologised and arranged for the second missing bag to be delivered the next morning, which it was! Can't fault them really. We also complained because the instruction DVD inside was bent like a banana, so they sent us a new one too. All in all, despite a little hiccup, they solved the problem straight away..all was good. And they were by far the best prices on everything we ordered. Can't wait to go away and try the tent out next weekend... Good luck with your purchase and happy camping
I bought my Ontario from outdoormegastore, and the delivery was less than 24 hrs later.
Also on first erection of tent, we managed to break a pole phoned OMS and even though i didnt erect the tent within 7 days as they state on the terms and conditions, they still sent me a new pole at no cost to myself.
I bought a new tent from them about 2 weeks ago and eveything went smoothly. Tent arrived in a couple of days, no problems at all. I would definitely use them again.
Just bought some new gear from them and they delivered me some one elses order! (anyone expecting a windbreak and got some Outwell Aspen pillows?) First time it has happened - usually very reliable

Only problem I'm having now is getting them to pick up the recalled Coleman Black Cat heater. arranged 2 times and not turned up yet! fingers crossed for 3rd attempt tomorrow.
