Just bought two of the Poundland lights as listed by Dezzie.
24 LED, easy to hang up and give off loads of light; easily enough to read by. Don't think they are the best quality and don't know how long they would last or how robust they are but for a pound, you can't really go wrong.
One point to to note though - they take 4 AA batteries and not 4 AAA batteries as it says on the packaging. Don't get caught like i did and buy two packs of AAA batteries while in Poundland only to find you need AA! (will use them somewhere but still a pain)
