Hi Everybody, just come back from a long weekend in the Sun !! We noticed some black mould on our inner. The inner is made of a silk like material... any ideas of how to remove it ???Any help much appreciated.

Miltons Sterilising fluid is very good for killing the mould, but doesn't actually remove the marks. Hopefully someone else will be able to suggest something to get the marks off, otherwise you may have to settle for killing the mould to prevent it spreading and just live with the marks (like we have had to on our inner).

Read in some paper that a mild solution of bleach and water is best thing to remove mould in a spray bottle .

we had the same problem on the inner tent. use one part milton to ten parts water, rub on, then rinse off and leave to dry before putting away. this worked atreat and no black marks left. not sure if you can use this on the outer tent as it may effet the waterproofing. but we are all raring to go as off again next weekend
