since my tent leaked horrendously. it was the 2006 model bought at the end of the season last year but this was it's first outing. (monty 12). i need to speak to them but have tried googling and can't find an address/email addy.
ive tried google for you and it just said outwell contact your nearest dealer, to be honest i'd contact the place where you bought it from as it still should be under a 12mth gaurantee.good luck
I had the same thing happen to me with my Sun Valley 6, took it back today and swapped it for a Monty. Took the Monty straight back as it had a pull in the fly sheet. Thats the fourth Outwell tent I have had since August last year, I am beginning to think Outwell is just not for me!
i have rung the original people where i bought it. it is 5 DAYS within the 12 month guarantee! they said they have to keep it, dry it out after my horrendous trip, then they will test it before getting back to me. does that sound right?
