after packing up to day getting back putting tent on the line we have realised that we are missing the metal thing off the end of the pole i know its not a great description its the bit that you put the pin in we lost one last time our local camping shop gave us one but now we are missing another the shop said it was sheer luck he had a one in the drawer and gave us it  cant you buy a bag of these or few as spares infact what are they called totally stressing as we are of to bednal on wednesday and without these theres no way of getting our tent up

can you not take a photo and email it to the manufacturers of your tent and see if you can get some - I am not quite sure what you are on about or do you know of any metal workers that could make you something that will adapt to your needs - are your poles durawrap or metal

is it the metal end on a durawrap pole that you are on about so the pin slides into that?

Ok here is a solution I think - you can buy replacement poles - just 1 piece rather than the whole lot - it might be worth finding one with the right end on - could be the way forward

kitten you are a star do you think my local camping shop would do then or could pop in to durham and try blacks what do you reckon

If you can take the offending pole to your local camp shop so you can show them what it is you are after - but try them all - I am out and about tomorrow so if I think on I will call in at Yeomans by me and see if they do them - shall do a bit of online research for you too
