whilst trying to erect our toilet tent on Friday evening, a gust of wind took it before we had fixed the first of the two poles - let alone pegged it down - and one of the sections snapped in half along its length.
done a temporary repair with some duck tape and managed to use it with no problem at all for the rest of the weekend.
when we were taking it down yesterday evening - again it was quite blustery - the same section on the other pole snapped in the same way!
the question is, are these sections easy to purchase, and more importantly, are they easy to replace??
thanks in advance.

You can buy the section of pole from any camping shop. They're a bit fiddly to replace but not difficult. You have to undo or cut the knot off the elastic that goes through the poles , take off the sections and the damaged bit, then re thread it all tying the knot again. We find a large darning needle helps to thread the elastic through
We took two snapped poles into an independent local camping shop at the end of the summer and they guy said "I don't usually do this, but..." and put the new sections in for us. We've since been back and bought new buckles for straps, new compression straps, and a new tent there, because I do LIKE service. Especially service on annoying fiddly things.
