Hiya - we always take a spare bucket with us.  Buy a bag of ice from the local supermarket and fill with beer, water and ice - works well for us cause once the tents are up, the beer doesn't last long!!  Just remember to put it in the shade or even better a shady draughty place.

Your Fire bucket makes an excellent cooler and when sitting outside keeps beer to hand 

this also has the benefit of you can say you are not lazing you are doing you community duty by taking your turn as the fire watch
