hi everyone

Ive just been to drop my two grand children at the birmingham nec to see westlife. And there is loads of tents up, is it a meet or some show that could get tickets for?

I think they offer camping at the NEC for different events. You should be able to find the information on their website or the various shows.

It's usually free to view the outdoor displays, and well worth a visit if past years are to go by. Last year they had virtually the entire Outwell and Khyam ranges as well as a few other brands!

Yeomans are running the outside display they will have Some outwell and coleman tents alongside some of their own peakland brand.

The Coleman tents on display will be as follows: the only new model will be the Evolva all the others will be Cedar creek, Salt lake, Weathermaster Galleio L, Darwin 5 and 7,

Should be plenty of Outwell as well. You will not be required to pay entrance fee to view these tents but parking charges may apply. check with NEC before planning a long trip there

It was a very good show - the whole range of Airics was there, but selling really quickly. I wanted a Hunka bivy bag and bought the last one before 11am!

The Skymasters climbing competition was amazing.

SWMBO was chasing Bear Grylls all over the place (looking for a toyboy!)

Only spent £400 :-)
