Hi, all you need is the diameter size and length of your poles, and you can get spares the same size from any camping shop, they don't have to be campus brand (or khyam as it also known as) as long as theyre the same size.
This gives the sizes as being 11mm and 13mm diameters fibreglass poles. measure the section lengths you need to replace and most camping shops stock them, and you can get a special threading kit to help you rethread the elastic.
