There is no harm firing a quick email off to Watchdog, but it is very unlikely that they would act upon it unless they have received lot's of complaints about a company!  Trading Standards really are your best bet, they offer good advice on what wording to use in letters in order to get the right result! If that fails your last resort would be to take them to the Small Claims Court, which is not nearly as frightening or complicated as it sounds!

I doubt it will come to that, and I'm sure your problems will be sorted soon!

I'm not sure what the connection is with Casey's, we're dealing with Total Camping in Leeds. One day my husband got a call from Total Camping on his mobile and it was different from the others. When we weren't getting anywhere with phoning Total Camping, my husband decided to try the odd number and it rang to Casey's.

So my thinking is (as suggested by another member) that this must be a family member that has started another company but still has a connection to Casey's.

Thing is, we never had a problem with this company until now. We were always taken care of. It was when we asked for the Bear Lake 6 that everything changed.
