Hi, Does any one know where we can get a replacement pole for the small canopy over the minnesota 4 side door? Although we're more than happy with the tent we feel there is a bit of a design problem as the pole snapped first time we tried to use it and believe others have had same problem - there just doesn't seem enogh room to get the pole through!
hi, we were looking for a replacement pole for a friend, for a hartford xl, if you have a yeomans near to you, take in the pole and they can make relacements up, costa around £5 a section

One of the sections of this pole split when put up our tent for the second time.Like you mrso we feel that it is a design fault.The problem lies in the pole having to bend over 180 degrees over a short length.When you bought the tent you should have got a spare pole section that you can use to replace the broken section,this however does not really address the inherent design flaw.
Admittedly we haven't camped in ours yet but it has been pitched in the garden twice. I had no problem with ours, i put the pole in gently and made sure the tension strap was at its loosest, it didn't seem under much strain
Maybe i'll be getting back to you at the end of May, i'll let you know
