Could anyone please e mail me the instructions to put up the sunncamp sport 6 berth ten?. I have managed to lose mine and I am lending it to my brother in law to try it out. Any help received would be much appreciated.

Hi is THIS it?If so, here is my guess:

Judging from the pic it looks like there are 3 or 4 poles, which will be colour coded I expect, to go through the external pole sleeves. Put these in and bend them into arches, fastening the pole feet with a pin that goes into the metal ferrule on the end of the pole. Lay the tent on one side, so it is concertina-style; pull the first arch up and secure it by pegging the corners of the flysheet. Lift the rest of the arches up and "walk" them out away from the fastened end to pull the tent upright and taut,  ensuring that the pole feet are aligned to each other so that the outside walls of the tent are straight. Peg the pole feet and the other end of the tent. Check in side that the tension bands between the pole feet are all pulled square and flat. (I am assuming it does not have a fully sewn in groundsheet throughout, though this is impossible to tell from the pic and details on the link above).

Then you fasten i nthe bedroom pod and groundsheet inside (which will probably have clips, or a toggle and loop system, or the GS and bottom of the bedroom may just be pegged into the ground...it depends on the fastening system.) If it does have a fully sewn in groundsheet right through then it will already be in there and you will just have the bedromm(s) to do.

Finally,  close all the zips and complete the exterior tasks by pegging down the flysheet and pegging out all the guying points so that the guy ropes meet the ground at an angle of about 45 degrees and the peg sits through the loop at 90 degrees to the loop (i.e. it is 45 degrees from upright in the opposite direction to the guy rope loop.)

PS - I see you are fairly new to UKCS - so just a word of advice - it is not a good idea to put your email address up on a public forum. Whilst 99% of folks are fine and sane, the internet attracts all kinds and someone may just abuse your email address. If you want a particular member to contact you then yo ucan ask the Webmaster to forward your email addy to them, via the "Contact Us" button at the top of the page.
