Hi there.

Wondered if anone has any experience of using this product?

How does it compare to fabsil in results?

Going to bakewell tomorrow with the kids and am in a dilemma about whether to take new polycotton and try and treat onsite or bottle it and take nylon.

Any advice gratefully recieved.

I may be wrong but, I don't think you have to waterproof a NEW polycotton tent. I've never had one myself, but from what I've read on here, I believe they just leak a little on the seams when they first get wet, but then they are completely waterproof without any treatment.

I'm sure someone who knows more than I do will advise you later today.

Jean is right. The first time your tent gets rained on, there will be humidity and possibly a few drops of water inside but that is it.

After that it will be fine.

Surprising what you learn while waiting in a camping shop for them to get the tent you just bought lol
