Woohoo! Finally booked our pitch for July!

After a few weeks of debating where we will go we have finally decided on Dawlish in South Devon! We are stopping on a camp called Cofton Country Holidays which seemed to have a lot of good reviews so hopefully I will be posting a good review when I get back.

We have never been anywhere near here so hopefully it will be nice!

We are only going for 4 nights but its a well deserved break!

Any advice on places to go and see whilst we are down in this area?

Hi living in cornwall and been camping in the dewlish area before it depends on how many of you there are, and how old your family is, if you give me this imformation i will then try to give imformation on things that might be interesting to you and your family in this area.

Just come back from there and had a great time. Went to Kents Cavern and did the 3.5 mile walk around Torbay.

A must visit is the Babbacombe Model Village and if you have time go and look around Bygones. Both are near Torquay so not too far.

Paignton zoo is also worth a visit but can be pricey.

Dawlish itself is lovely and you can easily spend a day there. Best bit is it is free, unless you pop into Gays Creamery!
