We're going away for the weekend in our new tent tomorrow. A silly question: what angle do you put the tent pegs at?Also, any advise on guy ropes?

Any tips much appreciated!

Pegs in ground at 45 degrees, guy rope should then hook on peg at 90 degrees, heres a simple diagram I did for someone else showing how the guy ropes and adjusters work, when tensioning it helps if you pull slightly on the tent side of the guy rope while sliding the adjuster, don't have them like guitar strings though

Hi fran1000, I'm picking up some steel blanks tomorrow but they still have to be folded. Next Saturday they should be back.
