After crushing a few chairs when i was 21 stone (i'm a lithe 17 St now) i eventually went for the "Big Boy" chairs sold by Asda, they were made exclusively for Walmart in the USA by Oztrail, haven't seen them this year though so that's not much help
Most of the folding chairs of similar design use tubing of 13 mm Dia, the Big boys were 19 mm Dia, so the best advise i can give as you look around is measure the tubing to get the strongest one you can find
