Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place but couldn't find anything about this topic. Having just got back from a tent expo and decided i can't afford £400 for the tent I really want I have decided to revive my 'retro' '80s canvas Raclet. A great tent but has a broken zip on the front door and a ripped inner tent. Does anyone know where I can get repairs done - I'm in Gloucestershire but somewhere in the Midlands would be OK.

Have you tried your local yellow pages, we had a problem with our frame and I was amazed at how many tent repairers I found, unluckily for me they were all for material not poles,  We had to go to Doncaster for our repairs.  Good Luck,  and how nice to hear that you are reviving an old frame.
