Hello all,
wonder if anyone can advise where i can buy a new flexi bedroom pole for a Khyam Freelander tent. I e mailed the manufacturer last week but have had no response and really dont know where to start

Email them again , and contact the place you bought it from , maybe they can contact them for you and get it ordered into store .

i will email them again, not sure where tent was bought as i bought it from an ex boyfriend..............dont really want to contact him to ask him where he got it from!

If that's the case with the ex I'd try Khyam again , and maybe even contact your local Khyam stockist and see if they can contact them ; some manufacturers are more willing to deal with trade than the public . There will probably be a charge for the pole as it isn't under warranty , but it's still cheaper than getting a new tent .

thanks for that advice, will try and track down a local supplier. No probem re paying for the pole as it was my own dozy fault that it has got broken - too much haste and not enough skill on a very wet and windy day! I definitely dont want a new tent - i LOVE this one!!!

Are you sure this mail is under the correct heading? I thought a flexi bedroom pole was something that came under the nookie in a tent heading!!!
