This was the site we just purchased our camping goods from, Tent, Airbeds, Carpet, Chairs amongst many other things to set us up properly this year!!
We ordered on the Sunday, received an email on the Monday that the order was being processed. Me being impatient and excited plus not being familiar to their site / service called them a couple of times (Tue & Thursday) but they had to redo our invoic because they had to deduct the VAT and the order was fairly big 
Anyway, they sent it all out on Wednesday & we received it Friday (yesterday) which was perfect!!!
The only bug bear I had was that we didn't get an email stating that the order was dispatched (had to phone) but Man I sopke to was very helpful & gave me a tracking no. too
It would have been nice to have been informed that not everything was dispatched as some items were out of stock (Carpet, Laundy Basket & Cook Set) especially as when I called on the Tue a lady said everything was in stock! But I'm not overly fussed as it was the tent I was more worried about.
Our footprint sheet has a miss-stitch section of about 4 inches by one of the peg holes which isn't good & our bath tub ground sheet has a similar miss-stitch in the centre of it (currently held togethr with duck tape) but I'll call them Monday to see what's happening about the out of stock items and the faulty footprint & bath tub ground sheet.
