It looks ok, bigger than you first think. Price looks good too. Where abouts in Derbyshire are you? The reason I ask is that I am sure Casey's Camping in Otley have a san remo on display, sometimes it is good to see them in the flesh so to speak. Would you be able to get there? I know they do a lot of easy camp tents there. And if you go "armed" with an internet price, they might match it.

At a guess looking at the pics the stitching has stretched the material at the seams hench the large pin holes with the white light coming in .
If you can afford it a new tent proberly best as stated, I am no expert but by the time you buy seam tape etc and time doing it it will proberly still leak.
You could use duck tape and let the kids play in it in summer.
I have seen a Peakland Hartington Tent on Yeomans website, I am calling at my local one tomorrow to see what they have out and if they have any ex display ones....might try and see what their best offer is, to get as much as I can, because I wasn't really banking on getting a new tent!
Thanks for your help guys, I am going down to Yeomans this morning with a couple of photo of my tent to see if there is anything they can suggest before getting a new tent, but also to look at what they have down there....I only have a little bit of money left :(
Right, have been down to Yeomans, and I was initially wanting the Peakland Hartington one for £89.99, he suggested looking at a Vango one that was up outside for £139.99.
Said we could have £20 off the one outside which had only been up 2 weeks, but it was rather wet on the groundsheet with todays weather.
He has managed to order a new one in for Tuesday, and took £20 deposit, which, if when my OH comes dow nto see it doesn't like it, we can have back!
Not a lot of people do that! I'm very taken with the tent with the fact it has sky light windows, and a built in mudwall/groundsheet all the way round.
Anyone have an opinion on this tent? I've read teh reviews and Ii'm quite pleased. I'm starting to feel a bit happier now
Think I will sell the leaky outwell one for spares.
