First I will say I agree with the comments made about The Sunncamp range of tents they are a good buy and don't think my mind could be changed on that. However try to contact Sunncamp/Sunnflair after sales or Spear parts department I have sent numerous emails and never had one reply I phoned was told someone would get back to me that was two years ago Glad i Did'nt hold my breath or I would'nt have wrote this.

That is what I feel lets Sunncamp/Sunnflair down there aftersales as I said the tents are great value and quality.

Totally useless after sales care.
I bought a second hand Contintal, which wss in great nick, but one pole was slightly bent at the top where it connected to another pole.  Unfortunately a stong gust of wind when I was taking down bent it even further.
Rang customer services and was told to ring another number - hung on for hours to no avail.   Raing Customber services and asked could they get a message through.  Not a problem, we're on to it.
Went into local camping shop who said that they had this problem as well.   After several months I eventually got my pole.
Lovely tent - but do need to do something about after sales service.
