Hi all

I am wanting to wash my tent and wondering the best product to use.  i am going to wash the inners in the bath and pitch the outer in the garden and wash/hose it down.   I assume then it will need reproofing.

Off for two weeks in france next week and dont want a minging smelly tent.  It is in a bit of a smelly sorry self after a weekend away with torrential rain, mud and goodness knows whatelse.  Despite airing it the inners smell musty and the outer is dirty.

If you are going to reproof it anyway can't you erect it and carefully use a pressure washer to wash it? As long as you don't get too close and don't point the washer directly at the tent you should be OK...
