We have just returned from a weekend camping in the New Forest. The weather on Saturday was unbelievable. I was certainly glad we all packed our complete waterproofs!!
Anyway, our Idaho XL, was fantastic, it didnt budge or leak at all. When we pack up on Sunday the flysheet had dried but the SIG was still wet, I have no idea how I am going to dry it, I will be able to get it out in my lounge, but i do not have a large enough area to lie it flat to fold it up properly. I dont think the weather will be good enough to dry it outside this week.
Does anyone have any brilliant suggestions?

Hiya, we had the same problem and I asked on this site .. a few suggestions were:
Over the bannister railings
Put in the bath and keep moving around till all bits are dry
In the loft (over rafters) if it is big enough and again keep moving
Can't remember who suggested this but it was on a recent thread, but a really good idea (if you have a garage) was to put some hooks up all round the walls and then hang the tent up to dry
hang over the washing line (and just keep moving it) but with this weather it would probably end up wetter than when you started!!!
Can't wait till they invent a tent that can be shoved in the tumble dryer!!
