We're off to the Vale of Pickering tomorrow. It's our first time camping for years and years, and we're taking our 7 month old, and our German Shepherd.

Does anyone have any advice, suggestions, or things we don't want to forget?

Fingers crossed the weather will be nice in Pickering this weekend. I'm really looking forward to it now!!

Hi Taylorsmummy, we were up in Pickering the week before last. Its a lovely town in a very beautiful area and the Steam Train is worth a visit! Hope you have good weather and a nice holiday

Dont forget to take clothes that keep you warm at night as it can get pretty cold in the evenings when you camp.

Apart from that, enjoy yourself. You are going to a beautiful area.
